Over the past few years, American Express’ Global Commercial Services (GCS) has worked to scale up Amex’s core card business and introduce a suite of new financial management products that help business owners manage their cash flow, including a business line of credit and checking account.
It’s something Jeanniey Walden, an Amex customer of two decades, appreciates greatly. “Without AMEX, my TV show wouldn’t be a reality. I used my Amex Card to start the show, to pay the producers, to work with the script writers, to book all the talent, the travel time, and more. I’ve gotten to the point where I know exactly what my cash flow needs are, thanks to Business Blueprint. And I’m using that to determine when I’m going to go back to my line of credit and take more money so I can expand,” said Walden, Executive Producer & Owner, Liftoff Enterprises.
Anna Marrs, Group President of GCS and Credit & Fraud Risk, goes behind-the-scenes with Walden, and talks with Adam Isserlis, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, about the ways Business Blueprint, a set of digital cash flow management tools for small businesses, supports them and what’s next for the program.
