The stars aligned in Miami Beach, Florida, as American Express and Major Food Group (MFG) offered an exclusive CARBONE BEACH dining experience with a chef-curated menu, world-class entertainment and a glamorous setting to transport Card Members to a beachside supper club. The four-night event, from May 5-8, 2022, is an example of our membership opportunities and why experiences are better with Amex.
Guests enjoyed authentic Italian American cuisine prepared by Chef Mario Carbone, including a 5-course meal served family style featuring the restaurant’s signature dishes – Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Sheep’s Milk Ricotta Tortellini with Black Truffle Sauce, Veal Parmesan, among others.

Adding to the experience was a variety of musical performances, including from Wyclef Jean where guests danced the night away to the artist’s top hits including ‘No Woman, No Cry’ and ‘Killing Me Softly With His Song’.
“To take the idea of Carbone the restaurant and amplify that into an entire evening as an old school supper club brings us back to the mid-century period we’ve always been inspired by. It’s been exciting to entertain these guests for the entire night in all different ways,” Carbone said.
