Our 2020-2021 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report outlines our new ESG Strategy Roadmap focused on three core pillars: Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), Building Financial Confidence, and Advancing Climate Solutions with new long-term goals and initiatives.

Our new goals include our commitment to net-zero emissions globally by 2035 with $10M in new philanthropic funding to support initiatives addressing climate change through 2025, maintain 100% pay equity across genders globally and across races and ethnicities in the US, and provide at least 5 million individuals with tools, resources, and educational content to improve financial well-being through 2025. We also include first-time disclosures on “raw median pay gap” and additional diversity representation data.

This report follows the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) reporting guidelines.
